Rub elbows with some of Charleston’s top chefs as you explore this historic city and its most notable restaurants and take part in a private cooking demonstration that will introduce you to the techniques of Lowcountry cooking. Discover how Charleston’s cuisine has evolved over the past 300 years as you sample the specialties of local eateries and culinary landmarks.

Highlights

• Soak up the history of Charleston at sites like the Palmer House, the Battery and the City Market.

"Excellent leader. Whole program was good. I am a new widow and am very pleased about how easy it is to work into a crowd of Road Scholars and be comfortable. Thank you for making that possible."
